What's Inside
LactiGo is a topical gel or cream containing carnosine and magnesium (the menthol version also contains menthol). The full ingredient list is also on the product labels.
LactiGo Gel Non -Menthol)
This version is scent-free and designed for fast absorption without the cooling sensation of menthol.
Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Carnosine, Magnesium Sulfate, Ethoxydiglycol, Phenoxyethanol, Xanthan Gum, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid.
LactiGo Massage Cream
Designed for professional sports therapists, this product blends the original performance formula into a "luxurious" cream base for deeper tissue work.
Core Ingredients: The cream contains the same LactiGo formula (Carnosine and Magnesium).
Base Ingredients: While the exact full list for the cream base is often proprietary to healthcare professionals, it typically adds rich emollients to the gel formula to allow for "glide" during massage sessions. It is marketed as a combination of the standard gel formula with soothing cream benefits.
LactiGo Gel with Menthol
This is the standard performance and recovery gel that includes menthol for a cooling effect.
Ingredients: Menthol, Ethoxydiglycol, Glycerin, L-Carnosine, Magnesium Sulfate, Phenoxyethanol, Water, Xanthan Gum.

LactiGo — The Patented Delivery Technology
The patent at a glance
Patent number: US 10,973,868 B2, Australian Patent: 2017223147 B2
Title: Composition for topical use based on a carnosine–magnesium complex
Granted: 13 April 2021
Inventors: Chad Macias, Tim Sharpe & Massimo Ferrari
Status: Granted, examined patent (independently assessed as novel). LactiGo's carnosine-magnesium delivery technology is protected by an international patent family, with patents granted in major markets including the United States, Europe, Australia, China, Brazil, New Zealand and many other countries.
This information is for general education only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. A patent protects an invention and is not a regulatory approval. Individual experiences vary.
What makes the carnosine–magnesium delivery system unlike anything else on the market
Why the delivery system is unique
1. The problem every other product hits. Carnosine is a large, water-loving (hydrophilic) molecule, and the skin’s outer barrier is fat-loving — so it naturally repels exactly this kind of molecule. That is why ordinary creams and patches can’t carry carnosine through: it simply sits on the surface of the skin.
2. The actual invention. The breakthrough is pairing carnosine with magnesium to form a carnosine–magnesium complex. This changes how the molecule behaves so that it can cross the skin barrier — something a carnosine-only formula cannot do. That complex is the heart of the patent.
3. It’s demonstrated, not just claimed. The patent includes a 3D human-skin-model study showing the magnesium complex delivered significantly more carnosine into the lower skin layers than free carnosine on its own.
4. First of its kind. It is a patented, examined method for carrying a hydrophilic molecule like carnosine through the skin — a genuine technical first, which is exactly why no other product on the market works this way.
Patented delivery — the LactiGo difference
LactiGo is built on a patented carnosine–magnesium complex. Carnosine is a large, water-loving molecule that the skin’s natural barrier normally blocks, which is why ordinary creams and patches can’t carry it through. LactiGo’s patented method pairs carnosine with magnesium to form a complex that crosses the skin barrier — a delivery approach measured in a 3D human-skin-model study and recognised by an examined, granted patent. It’s what makes LactiGo unlike any other topical product on the market.

Plant-based & non-GMO
The carnosine is fully vegan and non-GMO — made without animal by-products or genetic modification.
High-purity raw materials
We use raw materials held to pharmaceutical-grade purity standards, so every batch stays consistent from one tube to the next.
