To order, you sign up under the Customer Program. There’s no purchase required and no ongoing cost. It simply gives you an account to place an order.

Order from the LactiGo website and enter your Australian delivery address at checkout. You pay by credit or debit card.

Why order direct?

LactiGo isn’t manufactured in Australia yet, but there are plans for a manufacturing facility to be up and running ASAP.

So, right now you order it direct from the United States.

It ships straight to Australian addresses, so buying it works the same as ordering from any overseas website.

How long does delivery take?

Once you order, allow approximately two weeks for delivery to your Australian address. You will get tracking to monitor the process.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is worked out at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Will I pay GST or import duty?

Yes, you will either pay GST when placing the order or when it goes through Customs.

Does it cost anything to create a LactiGo account?

No. The free Customer Program option has no purchase requirement and no ongoing cost. It gives you an account so you can first look at prices and then place orders.

Can I buy LactiGo in Australian shops?

No, LactiGo and FortiGo will only be sold directly to you through an affiliate.
